I'm Mariana, and I'm passionate about designing and creating clothes.

My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion, during which I created my own swimwear and bridal brand in Mexico. My focus changed when I studied the lingerie needs of elderly women. This led me to pursue a Master's in Critical Fashion Practices in The Netherlands to improve garment fit for diverse body types. Currently, I collaborate with fashion NGOs to create designs, patterns, and sewing instructions for those who have had unilateral mastectomy due to breast cancer.

I love helping improve garments and solve fitting issues, which is why I enjoy teaching garment creation. Seeing students overcome challenges and unleash their creativity is incredibly rewarding! In my classes, I'm fueled by passion to empower individuals like you to craft your own unique pieces.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced sewer, my modules cater to your needs. You can learn the fundamentals of hand and machine sewing and also advanced grading, textile manipulation, and pattern transformation to create unique garments. I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

My specialties include baby clothing, everyday wear, cosplay, swimwear, lingerie, and bridal and gala attire. And if you prefer a personalized piece without the hassle of creating it yourself, my atelier offers custom-made garments across these categories.
